Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a bowl, mix the tuna, soup, vegetables, and seasoning. Dump it all into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with pieces of the biscuits. Bake for 40 minutes.

While completing my weekly food prep yesterday my mom decided to give me a ring on the cell ...

Mom: "Morning hun, what ya doing?
Me: "cooking chewy chocolate, cranberry bars to munch on during the week"
Mom: "oh! sounds delicious! You know, you should post some of your recipes online so that I can check in from time to time and get some ideas"


And just like that an idea was born ... she's so smart!

After completing orientations with members and clients at the gym the most common problem people run into is that they do not think they have time to either go to the gym or make healthy meals. That can no longer be an excuse. Why? Well for one thing, if you don't lead a healthy lifestyle now a disease or some other ailment will force you to join a gym later on in life AND I am supplying you will healthy recipes that take little or no time at all to prepare.
